Polaroids: a first PC in the 1980s, and a design-and-code desk in 2026

I sometimes wonder what I would have done with my life if I was born in the middle ages because the world has changed so fast (and I've loved every minute of the journey) since I first saw the magic of software development (in the 80s!).

This site is designed to summarise the chapters of my story so far, and also (I hope) to inspire others, and to share knowledge.

You'll find work history, case studies, articles I've written and enjoyed, plus a bit about me too. If you want to reach out and say hi, the contact form is the best place.
