Overview
Solo designer on Housemark’s member product for UK social housing. This study is the reporting experience: benchmarking, dashboards, and insight people can use without waiting on a static pack.

Housing providers needed to see their performance in context and act on it, without waiting on a report they could not interrogate themselves.
